HOURS OF OPERATION: 8AM – Dusk/OR POSTED HOURS

  • 30 Day notice to cancel date or time of activity
  • Parking is limited – NO parking in front of Stonehouse
  • All Park Rules and Regulations apply to Coggshall
  • ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PERMITTED

RENTAL FEES:

GAZEBO: $25.00 (2 HOUR INCREMENTS)

Pictures only no fee – 1 hour time blocks

STONEHOUSE: $75.00

Gazebo included for ceremony

1 ½ hour picture block

Capacity – 50-60 (inside) Porch less than 100

Furniture – (6) eight foot tables w/ 50 chairs

Fireplace – may not be used!

NO KITCHEN FACILITIES

BASEBALL FIELD: Separate permit needed - no charge.

ALL FEES PAYABLE IN ADVANCE

PERMITS WILL BE ISSUED AT THE RECREATION OFFICE IN CITY HALL, 718 MAIN STREET.

Directions to Coggshall Park -

From West - Route 2 to Route 31exit. Route 31 north to Depot Street (aprox. 2 1/2 miles) Right on Depot Street to Franklin Road. Left on Franklin Road to Electric Avenue to Coggshall entrance.

From East - Route 2 to South Street - Merriam Ave exit. North on South Street to Electric Avenue. Left on Electric Avenue to Coggshall Park entrance.
